Awesome Hat… Awesomer Customer Service!
Today, I received my hat in the mail. It was shipped first class and it only took 2 days to get to my house so that was great! The overall condition and quality of the hat is amazing…however there was a weird wrinkle/blemish on the front. It looked like a minor manufacturing defect. Honestly, most people wouldn’t have noticed it and would have just been pumped on the hat as it looks and fits awesome.
I’m pretty particular and I knew this blemish was going to bother me. So I reached out tonSunday Swagger customer service. They had every right to refuse or question my exchange request as it was hard to even see the issue in the pic I sent them. But they didn’t! They responded within 2 hours to my email and wanted to make sure I was happy. They had already created a new order and shipping label for a new hat and sent me a return label free of charge. They were prompt, kind, professional, and full of integrity.
Moral of the story is that Sunday Swagger sells super stylish, high quality golf apparel which is cool enough on it own, but it is run and managed by great humans that have phenomenal customer service. This company and its people are dope! I’m excited to get my new hat in a few days and will definitely be long time Sunday Swagger customer. Thanks guys.
