How do Pre-orders work?
Items availalbe through pre-order will have an expected ship date in their description. If it does not have an expected ship date, the item will be made to order and you'll be notified once it's ready to ship. You can also reach out to us via website chat or email us at [email protected]
If you place an order that includes a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once the pre-order item(s) is availalbe for shipping. We do not split orders or ship partial orders.
If you need non pre-order items prior to pre-order items, please place separate orders for them. If a pre-order item will not be available by the expected ship date, customers will be notified via email from [email protected].
