What is Swag Protection & Sustainability and do I need it?

Swag Protection & Sustainability is available for all orders shipped to the contiguous United States*. It is an optional order add-on (US$2.55) that protects your package against loss, theft, or damage in transit with resolution from our in-house customer service team. It also allows us to use  the smallest packages possible for the items youi're shipping and environmentally-friendly packing materials whenever possible.

More Details:

  • Hassle-free claims (no police reports or third-party service teams)
  • Claim Support during normal business hours with Sunday Swagger's service team
  • Coverage against loss, theft, or damage in transit
  • Resolution of shipping issues with just a few clicks/messages
  • Item refund or replacement, pending availability
  • Sustainable packaging & shipping**

Swag Protection & Sustainability is recommended and turned on by default for most orders. It is added at the bottom of the shopping cart by a toggle button. To remove it, you may either toggle the button off or remove the item from your cart using the trash can icon or minus sign next to the Swag Protection & Sustainability product/line item.

If you opt-out of Swag Protection, Sunday Swagger is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage in transit for your package and will need to create a support case with the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.

If you have any questions or need additional help with Swag Protection & Sustainability, please contact our customer service team via website chat or at [email protected]

* If your order is shipped outside of the contiguous United States and has an issue with damage, loss, or theft, our customer support team will help identify the issue(s) with your package so it can be reclaimed. If the issue is due to carrier handling, customers will need to open a support case with the carrier directly to resolve the matter.

** We use eco-friendly packaging options whenever possible and only partner with carriers who have sustainability initiatives like carbon offsetting and eco-friendly transportation in place.
