Why didn't I receive my cash back?

The cash back offer can only be redeemed once per customer and is nullified if a discount code is used on the order. This includes bundle discounts. If you would prefer to use your cashback offer instead of the bundle discount, you can add each product to cart individually and you'll receive cash back after making your purchase. But, cash back cannot be combined with bundle discounts.

 

If you used a discount code on your first order and had your cash back suspended, you can use the link that was emailed or texted to you to receive cash back on your next order not containing a discount code.
