What are the Delivery Guarantee, Checkout+, and Economy Plus shipping options, and do I need them?
Our Delivery Guarantee (shipping protection) is available for all orders shipped to the contiguous United States*. It is an optional order add-on (Plus) to Economy shipping that protects your package against loss, theft, or damage in transit with resolution through our claims portal. It also allows us to use the smallest packages possible for the items youi're shipping and environmentally-friendly packing materials whenever possible.

The Delivery Guarantee is recommended and turned on by default when you choose Checkout+ from your cart and select a Plus shipping method (ex. Economy Plus). To remove it, you may choose any non-plus shipping method.
If you opt-out of the Delivery Guarantee, Sunday Swagger is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage in transit for your package and will need to create a support case with the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.

* If your order is shipped outside of the contiguous United States and has an issue with damage, loss, or theft, our customer support team will help identify the issue(s) with your package so it can be reclaimed. If the issue is due to carrier handling, customers will need to open a support case with the carrier directly to resolve the matter.
** We use eco-friendly packaging options whenever possible and only partner with carriers who have sustainability initiatives like carbon offsetting and eco-friendly transportation in place.
