What is a CashBack holding period and how does it work?
The CashBack holding period is the time between the shoppers’ purchase with CashBack and the CashBack activating. The CashBack holding period is 30 days. Once the countdown is over, your CashBack method details appear on the tracking page. If you receive a refund during the holding period, you'll become ineligible for CashBack, and it will be suspended.
