Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to look good and feel good. Returns and size exchanges will gladly be accepted on any unworn and unwashed product (excluding sale items*), with original tags intact, within 30 days of delivery on any order delivered within the United States.
How to begin the exchange and return process?
To begin the return or exchange process please visit our returns/claims portal.
* Closeout/sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless otherwise specified on the item's product page. If inventory allows, size exchanges may be accepted. Reach out to us at [email protected] for further assistance.
What is your return and exchange policy for orders delivered inside the United States?
If you opted for Checkout+ when placing your order, you may return or exchange your items at no cost. If you opted out of Checkout+ and request a return, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Please note, there is a limit of one return or exchange request per order.
Refunds are only available for the cost of returned products and not shipping fees.
Full priced items on an order with a free or discounted item are not eligible for return unless the free or discounted item is returned as well. Full priced items on these orders are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
